Summary
At 18, Percy learns he is descended from a special bloodline and moves to New Athens, a secretive town upstate where people are divided into Preds and Prey. Preds have a unique power called the Touch, allowing them to turn others into inanimate objects. Prey have natural instincts desiring to be Touched. Percy is shown the ropes by his Pred cousin Nico as he is thrown into a depraved, sexually charged, world of transformation kink.
