Summary
A body falls at Cambridge. Then another.
As Dana Scully returns to academic life and Stella Gibson is called in to lead the investigation, the university’s polished façade begins to fracture, revealing a history where violence is ritualized, virtue is curated, and truth is often deferred. Some patterns are older than anyone wants to admit.
The Cambridge system has always known how to make violence look accidental. When deaths begin to mirror the university’s darker lore, Dana Scully and Stella Gibson are forced confront an ancient institution that abuses women, judges virtue, and quietly absolves itself. As they pull themselves through the wreckage, both women begin to understand that neither will come out unscathed.
