Frank knew there was something up with the Way’s since he met them, at least on a subconscious level. But like with most things you found out about them, you could probably just prescribe it to the Way Funk. He definitely could’ve been more observant, but he also liked to think of himself of a somewhat well adjusted semi-adult. And somewhat well adjusted semi-adults usually did not jump to conclusions of the supernatural when their friends had slightly more vibrant eyes than your average Joe, or a talent for eating stake like it was oxygen and they were drowning.
