“Why'd you come here?”
“I could ask you the same thing, you know,” he deflects, taking a long drag. It’s not a good enough answer for Seonghwa, he knows, but he lets the words hang in the air between them anyway.“I was thinking about you."
"I was too."It's been years since they last spoke, really spoke.
Their childhood treehouse has always felt like a safe space. By chance, right after graduation, they both find themselves there.
Neither of them are ready for what their reunion brings.Series

Summary
“I’m sorry but, I’m not who you think I am,” Seonghwa says.
The man laughs, his small body falling against Seonghwa’s chest. “Don’t mess with me like that, man. You’re not that funny, ok?” he says the last part heavily slurred. His fingers curl into the fabric of Seonghwa’s loose sweater.
Placing his unclaimed hand on the man’s shoulder (he’s so small), Seonghwa manages to push him back a little. “Maybe I’m mistaken, but I really think you have me confused with someone else. I don’t know who you are.”

Seonghwa is a stressed college student relying on an easy pattern to get by. The only thing that breaks his cycle of work and school are the weekly trips that him and his roommate take to the clubs of Itaewon. One night Seonghwa meets a drunken stranger who swears that he knows Seonghwa. Even though it's just a lapse of judgement on the stranger's part, Seonghwa is determined to get to know him, whether they had met each other before that night or not.

Summary
A memory still pops up in Seonghwa’s mind about a time when the two of them decided to take a bath together after a long week of studying for exams and finishing up miscellaneous projects.
Seonghwa can still smell the lavender bath bomb that sizzled in the warm water. He can still feel the heat from Hongjoong’s skin where his back rested so snuggly against the older’s chest that not even the air could come in between them.
And he could only think: this is it, Hongjoong’s it for me.
(Or, Seonghwa is still stuck trying to figure out if breaking up with Hongjoong five months ago was actually for the best).
