The mere thought of Aldera Middle School leaves Katsuki Bakugou with a sour taste in his mouth. The mere idea makes him want to gag, something curdled and rancid filling his insides, revolting and sickening. One mention of those years makes him feel the urge to leave, to disappear and hide away, somewhere where the world won’t have to deal with his presence. It’s disgusting and disturbing, something that Katsuki doesn’t quite get but hates nonetheless.
It takes him far too long to realize what that feeling, that taste, that nauseating sensation is.
