Twin screams came from both Tommy and Tubbo when they looked up, Dream’s mask hovering out of the open window with an amused tilt.

“Eret’s museum has a gift shop,”
“You paid for these?” Wilbur asks, and he almost sounds scandalized.
“Nah, I stole them,” Tommy says. “I fucking made the country. I don’t have to pay for shit.”
“We made the country,” Wilbur corrects, and Tommy almost rolls his eyes.
“Yeah,” Tommy tears the flag in half, and folds it so it tears into four pieces. “And we blew it up, too.” He throws the pieces into the fire individually. “And now we are burning flags.”

Wilbur shakes his head. He will not be doing that.
“Okay, okay. That’s fine.” Tommy assures, audibly swallowing. “Can… can you tell me anything?”
There’s something solid sinking down Wilbur’s throat, and it makes it feel like his jaw is wired shut. It’s frustrating— whenever he opens his mouth another sob comes out instead. It’s not just frustrating, it’s pathetic. Wilbur hates it. He despises the feeling that has settled itself into his chest since he had first woken up and it won’t go away.
“Trains,” He chokes out, sandwiched between gasps. It’s a single word, and it’s enough. It’s enough for Tommy.

Tommy hated Pogtopia.
Tommy didn’t hate L’manberg, he died for L’manberg; so did Wilbur and Tubbo and Fundy. He had the right to L’manberg, they right had the right to it; not fucking Schlatt, not Quackity, by Wilbur’s definition.
When Tommy thinks of home, he’s almost ashamed to admit that his mind does not immediately drift to L’manberg.
When Tommy thinks of home, he thinks of a little one-bedroom wooden house outside of a village on a whole different server. He thinks of Wilbur bringing home after finding him lying face down in some mud on the side of a road.
