“Wait, hyung. You actually came over to watch The 400 Blows?” Mingyu asks, a little dumbfounded.
Wonwoo shrugs, and takes a stack of DVD cases out of his messenger bag. “Or Le Beau Serge, or Les Cousins, or Breathless, or-”
“Okay, okay,” Mingyu cuts him off. “I get it.”
Wonwoo grins. “I also have a few spaghetti Westerns and sauerkraut Westerns, if you’d prefer that.”

Summary
Kim Mingyu has… a problem.
A sex problem.
Just to make things clear: it’s not like he’s never had sex before. He has. And he mildly enjoyed it, mind you. He lost his virginity to one of the girls in his freshman orientation and it was fine.
There’s just… erm. There’s something missing. When he does it.
-
“Ohhh,” Wonwoo says slowly, like he’s figured something out. “You want me to tell you what to do?”
Mingyu blinks. That’s… well. Okay.
He hasn’t thought of that before, being told what to do. He gets off just fine on rough thrusting and someone moaning his name. But the idea of Wonwoo’s gentle fingers on his chin… telling him what to do in that soft, low voice… looking at him with that serious, calculated expression - or even better, that sly smile. Giving him commands… showing him where it feels good…praising him…
Um. Yeah. That does things to him too. Definitely.

Summary
Mingyu's current problem is his boyfriend.
This week alone, Wonwoo has clocked 30 hours in the fucking color lab, staring at three Davinci Resolve monitors and not eating. Mingyu knows this because he’s the one bringing Wonwoo food at 2 AM, when Wonwoo texts to ask if he’s awake and if there’s any way he could bring over some ramyeon. Which Mingyu does every single time, because if he’s not already awake from working on his projects, he’s pacing the length of his bedroom over his anxiety about if his boyfriend is eating or not. And he usually isn’t.
Because it’s normal for seniors to be clocking in all nighters, sure, but it’s not normal for Wonwoo to be doing it. Wonwoo, with his peculiar eating schedule and fussy sleep times and the fact that he, very often, makes Mingyu go to bed with him at 11 PM sharp when they sleep over at each other’s apartments. Which is fine, because Mingyu wants nothing more in the world than to appease the love of his life, but it confuses him why Wonwoo is so willing to eat like shit and barely sleep all for the sake of goddamn portfolio pieces.
Mingyu has to make a plan.

Summary
Most days of his life, Mingyu likes being a film student.
It’s a far cry from the boring classes and rigorous exams of being on a STEM track, which he has long sworn off ever attempting. It’s much more fun than he remembers high school being, between the energy of going shoot to shoot and late nights spent over his laptop in Premiere Pro and assisting sunbaes in lugging equipment all around campus. It’s fun, and it’s exciting, and it’s never all that bad.
Except for critique days.
“This film,” his professor says, frowning, “leaves a lot to be desired.”
