Summary
The current supply of power seems to be enough to power all of the systems Atlantis is using, but the power level of the ZPMs is dropping. Radek doesn't know why. Perhaps something is interfering with the sensors; perhaps Atlantis is using systems the sensors do not recognize; perhaps his calculations are wrong.
That, he suspects, is most likely.
His focus is not what it should be - which perhaps shouldn't be surprising. Carson told him to rest, to allow himself to heal from his concussion and burns.
He cannot rest, yet. Not until his work is complete.
Yet he cannot continue to work, either.Series

Summary
Radek's laptop did not respond to his instructions. He tried to restart it, but it did not respond. He tried to shut it down. That also did not work.
He turned to the main computer. It wouldn't respond, either.
That was not good. Power levels were falling. He needed to know by how much, and where.
He tried again.
Nothing.
Someone was yelling at him. He didn't understand the words. He tried to ask the meaning, but the words refused to come.
He looked around – he wasn't on Atlantis! He was in a Jumper, underwater. Deep underwater. The pressure … much too high. The windshield – already it was failing.
Radek watched the spiderweb crack grow. The windshield gave way, and water rushed toward him.
„Ne!“ Radek yelled. He bolted upright. He was in the infirmary, not the Jumper.
He didn't want to be there, either - even if Atlantis is no longer submerged and the water is not about to crush everyone inside. But his head hurts, and he's not entirely sure he would make it to his quarters if he tried - and Carson hasn't released him yet. There's nothing he can do at the moment ... but wait.

Summary
The worst place to be was on a Jumper, about to crash into a planet - but the Jumper didn't crash. Sheppard landed it safely - on a planet that is just about the second worst place to be: a freezing-cold ice planet, several hours' walk away from the power source Rodney suspects probably isn't a ZedPM - but they are here, and they need all the ZedPM's they can find.
Rodney and the others set out towards the location of the power source.Series

Summary
Caves were just fine for exploring very briefly to determine whether or not there were any ZedPMs inside. Other than that, they were very good places to avoid. Long walks in the mountains through ice and snow were also very good to avoid. Rodney is more than ready to leave the planet he, Sheppard, Ronon, and Teyla are on now and get back to Atlantis.
Sheppard doesn't mind the cave or the cold climate of the planet - but he wants to be sure to get everyone on his team back to Atlantis safely this time.
Meanwhile, Radek is just as eager for things to return to normal. It has been weeks since the Jumper crash that left him with a concussion and burns to both hands, and he is tired of pain, tired of dizziness, and tired of not being able to work.
Carson is completely satisfied with his work and with his current location on Atlantis - but the away team has not yet checked in, and one of his patients is refusing to follow his advice to rest and allow his injuries to heal. He, too, is ready for things to return to normal.
