Summary
Straight guy worries he's being homophobic to gay roommate, realizes he's fallen in love with him.
Plot twist: it turns out I don't have any problem with Barry kissing guys if it's me he's kissing.
Len decides to renounce his life of crime and start a normal life, and ends up becoming roommates with Barry Allen, forensic scientist and total nuisance. For Leonard, Barry is just a mild annoyance who pays half of the rent - until he starts bringing his boyfriends home, and that's when things get complicated.
Loosely based on this article that was floating around tumblr a while back.

Summary
Of course this had to happen. Of fucking course. Only Barry Allen could possibly manage to avoid the explosion that levelled half of Central City and yet inexplicably manage to get struck by fucking lightning.
On the night of the particle accelerator explosion, the love of Leonard's life is hit by lightning and Len's whole world begins to fall apart. Mick Rory and a bottle of whiskey are there to pick up the pieces.

Summary
Nine months after the particle accelerator explosion, Barry wakes up to find that his life is very different from how he remembers. Iris has a new boyfriend; Joe has a new son. Caitlin is miserable, Cisco is subdued, and Doctor Wells is in a wheelchair with his reputation in tatters.
Oh, and Barry's a superhero now, apparently.
The only part of Barry's life that hasn't changed is his relationship with Leonard - or so he thinks. Len, meanwhile, is trying to juggle domestic bliss, a new arch nemesis and a criminal career that has proven disconcertingly easy to slip back into.
(A rewrite of season one of the Flash, except Barry and Leonard are dating from the onset. The whole thing is just as complicated as you might expect.)

Summary
“You got yourself locked up on purpose?” Barry said. “Why?”
The smirk slid off Len's face, replaced by irritation. “You didn’t seriously think I was going to let you fend for yourself in here, did you? They'd be cleaning your guts off the floor within the week.”When Barry goes to prison for DeVoe's murder, he quickly realises he's in way over his head. Luckily, Len's been round the Cell Block more times than Barry's broken the speed limit, and he'll do whatever it takes to get them both out of Iron Heights alive.
