Vaentha Auri, a Solarian lashunta from a system named for the god of blood, Zagreus, is travelling on the Hunter-Gratzner when a small asteroid belt knocks them into a nearby dead planet. A very dead planet.
Aside from the massive amounts of raptors just below the surface of the planet. One of the lesser worries, really. Standing next to a famous escaped convict never hurt anything, right?

What if Jack on the Hunter-Gratzner was actually Subject Zero right after she escaped the Cerberus Teltin facility on Pragia? Riddick and Jack teamed up and made it off planet with the other survivors, minus one pesky merc.
Eight years later, Riddick has returned from the Underverse and is searching for Jack. He hasn't seen her since they were separated when New Mecca fell to the Necromongers.
Commander Shepard was dead until Cerberus brought her back to stop the Collectors. Riddick is her first recruitment stop, and she has another dossier he'll find very interesting.
A crossover/retelling of Mass Effect 2, post modified events of Pitch Black, Chronicles of Riddick and Riddick, where Jack is both Jack|Kyra and Jack|Subject Zero.

In the effort to destroy it, Darcy ends up being sucked in after accidentally doing something right - who knew? She ends up getting transported a thousand years into the future, stranded on a desert planet and just days before her heat. All she wants is some water, cake, a massive amount of pillows to make a nest and to lick the man that invokes such wayward thoughts within her... And dying sure as hell isn't on that list. Yes, it DOES need to be said... Who knew?
Riddick had long suspected his mate to be long gone - with suspecting to be the last of his race and all. Little did he know was at his saving grace would come in the form of a curvaceous dark haired beauty that fell from a random wormhole, cursing darkly with a feisty personality and wielding a taser.

John does not know how he gets himself into these kinds of situations, it's almost like someone is out to get him. New universe, new planet, new monsters. He almost wished this job had come with a brochure or a manual of some sort. With monsters under the ground, a convict in the shadows, and clueless citizens running around, Crichton has just about had it. It may be rude to shoot people but he is two microts away from just saying frell it.
