Summary
The toons of Dandy’s World have found themselves in the backrooms; a strange place of maze like hallways, unsettling liminal spaces, horrible monstrosities, and a seemingly endless amount of levels. They must find their way out of this nightmareish place without getting caught by an entity or succumbing to the mental strains. How long will they be able to survive? How much can they take before it’s too much? How long will they need to wander before they can find the way out? Is there even a way out?
Memento Mori is a Dandy’s World and Backrooms fan fiction/au. Most of the Backrooms levels, entities, and phenomena are from the Backrooms wiki. There are a few aspects that are based on the game Backrooms: Generation Error on Roblox. Since this is an au some things have been changed and are not cannon, such as most level entrances and exits.

Dandy had changed into his Twisted form too many times, and now he’s stuck. Meaning that Astro is now in charge- something he’d rather lick a cheese grater than do, but the toons need him.
Even though the ichor operation is done, there’s still some Twisteds- violent, bloodthirsty ones- who need to be fixed. With Dandy being right at the front of them.
Now, Astro must balance his new role as a leader, trying to restore toons twisted beyond repair, and trying to fix Dandy- even if other toons don’t really want him back.

Sprout was living in his car, god knows where or how he was getting enough food to stay alive; Vee had gone deep into gambling and was suffering with addiction and pent-up rage; Shelly was living with a complete stranger in an old trailer park; and Astro had fallen into depression and had medical bills to cover due to a failed incident. Now they all end up in the same place yet again. Funny, how life works.

Morning chatter in the dining room was always loud and warm. Laughter, the clink of spoons, and a nervous excitement that always seemed to buzz before a show.
And Looey hated it.
The noise, especially, when he was already so anxious.
Looey sat at a corner table, legs bouncing just a little, their plate of scrambled eggs and bacon barely touched. The circus troupe might not technically be putting on a show every day, but this felt like performance prep all the same. The same flutter of nerves, the same longing to be good enough. His stomach was fluttering, he couldn’t think. His heart and head were pounding, hands sweating, trembling. He felt nauseous.
They picked at their fruit, eyes fixed on nothing in particular, unable to focus, until… something bright and cheerful landed in the seat beside him like sunshine wearing a grin.

Summary
This is simply a fanfic about romance between Bloomington and Craft, Scraps and Flyte were pretty skeptical to hear that they were doing something behind closed doors. From day to day, the whole Gardenview has seemed to be better since Bassie and Goob met. Eventually they were happier than themselves from the first met and every toon in the Garden gave emormous compliments when hearing that they were the most sacred couple like Astro thought.
