Summary
Something happened to Eddward "Double D" Vincent and his friends on Halloween. The authorities say a failed satanic ritual, but Edd can't remember a thing. All he knows is that Eddy is in a coma, Ed is in the psych ward and he managed to scrape by with only a broken arm.
When the cul-de-sac kids gather around their neighbor he feels less alone especially with Kevin, his crush of four years, being so supportive. As Edd's romantic attraction turns sexual he starts to become overrun with a hunger that only Kevin seems to quell. Scared of what's happening Edd is rapidly wasting away, a victim of horrors he can't comprehend. With the holidays coming up a miracle appears in the form of his cousin Blair, who can comprehend and help him fight the horrors with the help of his crush and their neighbors.
