Summary
Zuko is born a woman. Zuka grows up and marries Aang and together they have 3 children; Izumi, Bumi and Tenzin. Zuka is lord of fire from 16 to 87 when he abdicates in favor of Izumi, 20 years after Aang's death. Months later Korra, the new avatar, and her friends meet Tenzin's mother, Zuka, in Republic City when she comes to see her grandchildren.

Summary
Korra and Asami head South to help heal from the poisoning they suffered from Zaheer. Except, Korra has insisted Asami split her time between Republic City and the South. Asami, recognizing her role as the Avatar's Mirror, takes up her mantle to try to unravel political unrest in Republic City and the Earth Kingdom. A Civil War looms between Ba Sing Se and Omashu, and Asami has no idea who to trust anymore. While assisting Asami's burgeoning mutual aid network, members of the Air Nation discover alarming news relating to the potential Civil War. Asami goes undercover with the Krew, while she struggles to balance her work with her own healing and her relationship with Korra.
Meanwhile, Korra falls deeper into depression and wonders if the world truly needs an Avatar after all.
(For events leading up to this, see Books 1 through 3 of Shared Moments. I do not own LOK characters, just happen to love writing them.)

In this book, I use time jumps to delve more into the Red Lotus organization and I will pick back up in current time (after the events in my last original book) with a new adventure featuring Korra, Asami, Bolin, and Mako.

Korra gave her a standard, run of the mill grin instead of her usual lopsided one. “Never better.”

To ensure good will triumph over evil, the reluctant hero will need to work with the assorted group of people in their home, including a young female thief on work release, the building's landlady and the town deputy.
Should they all fail and fall during the night, letting this collector get what she wants, darkness will truly fall upon the world.
