It sucks, coming back and finding the world has left you behind. And I know it sucked for you - losing him - but going on like this?” Jason’s half out the door now. “You’ll lose him all over again.”
Dick’s left in the silence.
Wally, his heart chants, Wally, Wally, Wally.
“Free of charge, Dickface!” He can hear Jason’s echo from down the hall, “Don’t count on this shit again!”
Wally, his brain whispers, go see Wally.
