Summary
After the very convenient disappearance of Eunuch Kim following the incident at Cheonbugwan, Prince Go Won can no longer ignore his suspicions about the Assistant Gwanju's version of events. While he is conflicted on what to do about it, a chance meeting with the Jang family maidservant pokes another hole in the Assistant Gwanju's story, which leads him back to the only two who can really tell the truth about that night: Jang Uk and Mu-deok.
When their answers force him to consider the unthinkable, that to the Queen is at the centre of the soul shifter cases, he starts examining the palace a little closer. And once he starts, his whole world comes crumbling down.
