Reunion fic, post end of Season 2. Crowley and Aziraphale still haven’t talked about the kiss or their parting words. They have barely talked at all, beyond necessary, coded signals, flying under the radar of Heaven and Hell while they plan their subversion of the Second Coming. But they think about each other constantly and have partially processed the events leading up to the day of their separation. Each in their own way, they have attempted to imagine the other’s point of view during their last conversation. Even though they are still both hurting, they love and trust each other. Their knowledge of each other’s characters, advice from friends, and new information lends insight. When they finally meet again, they are ready for the do-over they have both been craving.
