Gabriel decides to change the future, to save the world. To do this he has placed a piece of his grace in Hermione Granger and marked her as a "Saviour of Destiny"...whatever the hell that means.
Hermione Granger is sent to America to investigate a mysterious case of a rogue witch killing people in a small town, trying to raise a powerful demon by the name of Samhain from hell. Dean and Sam mistake her for the actual witch they are looking for and kidnap her. They realize she isn't the witch they are looking for and strike a deal. She helps them capture this witch to prove she isn't evil like the witches they have fought in the past, in exchange for her getting to walk free. Hermione agrees reluctantly, Dean annoying the hell out of her for his clear prejudice against all witches. When the angels realize who and what she is, they want to take her with them instead. Dean and Sam protect her from them and end up having to bring her with them on the road. Hermione and Sam end up becoming close friends while Dean just seems to get worse and worse. Will Hermione and Dean figure out how to work together or will they end up killing each other in the process?
