Ilya looked at the meal in front of him. Scrambled eggs, pancakes that were dripping with syrup, two sausages, and sliced strawberry and pineapple chunks in a small bowl on the side. Everything he'd ever wanted for breakfast laid out in front of him. “Wow this looks so good, thank you.” He ruffled Dimitri's hair. “Did you two help daddy with this?”
Ava nodded proudly. “I got to crack the egg.”
“I spun it.” Dimitri said, playing with the blanket over Ilya. He leaned his head against Ilya.
Ilya smiled at that. “My two little chefs.”
