A VampiresSMP AU that explores Majorscythe as something that started with romantic potential, though it's quickly twisted into something much more sinister once the power dynamic is established. The series as a whole is focused on Pyro and his dynamic with Scott, but each fledgling has time dedicated to them via their turning fics. Explores themes of sexual assault and Vampirism being an allegory for rape, specifically for Pyro. Reader discression advised, please mind the tags.
Also it takes longer for vampires to turn, and some of the townsfolk are less willing to just run off into the forest alone to look for beacons. Everything takes a little bit longer!

Or: disillusioned with his life, Scott leaves a party and drives, without knowing where he's going. When he gets a flat tire outside a small town, he starts to realize everything he's been missing and trying to find again might just be in the guy who found him on the side of the road.

Summary
Pyro blinked, his face flushing deeper at the peculiar compliment. The more they looked into the eyes of the man, the more inhuman and familiar he seemed to be. And then it clicked. This wasn’t a man, it was a vampire… and not just any vampire, this one was allowed in the church. Their instincts went into overdrive, trying to run and flee before any harm came to them, “Lord Goldsmith…”
“Hmm? Oh, finally realised?” The vampire’s smile grew, nails slightly digging into their skin as he was locked in place. It felt so ironic, staring into the face of unholy death while standing within the supposed sanctity of a church.

When he saw it, the blood gushed out of her side. He stepped closer, putting a hand on her back and under her arm, that held the baby.
He guided her to the couch. Slipping the kid from her hold, he wasn’t good with children ages but his best guess was 6 month. He was silent as Scott took them looking up at him, with big eyes. He stuck them in a nearby cradle focusing on the mother.
