I think people are missing what the outro of season 3 is telling us and I wanted to write what I believe is being told to us at the end of season 3 which doesn’t make the ending quite as bad as everyone is making it out to be. -

There was a ghost in Gotham. Jason didn't know why but a new hero was muscling in on his turf. Sure he kept saving kids and managing to avoid interacting with Hood at every turn but he was going to catch up to him and give him the 'get off my turf' chat as soon as he could catch him.
Danny and team Phantom had gotten more advanced at this ghost hero thing since they started when he was 14. Now the GIW was closing in on his team. What is a ghost boy to do when a big government organization gets smart and starts to hire outside help? The GIW are closing in now. They start taking kids from around Amity with the help of his parents latest invention. He has to help them and save himself.

Summary
Talia was not a good mother. She at least knew where both of her children were at all time. Damian was with his father and Danyal was in Illinois. He seemed to have settled down and had even become his own superhero. That was until a check in with one of her agents falls through and now she was to go figure out what happened to her son.
Of course Talia is very efficient and figures it out easily. A trail of bodies following her path as she leaves Amity with a little extra cargo.

Danny's life goes downhill after Dan reveals his identity to all of Amity. With little to almost no will to live he decides to go find someone to fight one last time. The second biggest person to cause him that much trouble was Pariah Dark. Almost in the last ditch effort to go out in style. Though there is a change of plans but not of his own free will. A little help here a lot of drama there and now Danny is on a new Earth with his new adoptive father. Living in Gotham with Pariah, Dorathea and a few other ghosts while trying to figure out whether the normal life was truly for him.

Danny is miserable as Vlad drags him around, trapped with no way out. Except there are four really hot guys who seem kinda into him. Okay, really into him. And they seem like they want to help. They seem like they're actually able to help.
Holy hell do they help.
And Danny is very, very eager to show them his thanks.
