Summary
After the events of The Last Jedi Finn wonders what happened to the other storm troopers aboard the "enemy" ships.
Or:"You were friends."
"No," Finn said, swiftly. Rey was his friend. Poe was his friend. The other troopers were his comrades, and that was different. "We just watched out for each other. If I was sick, someone would give me their rations. We covered weaknesses. We didn't rat out other squad members to ranking officers."
"Sounds like friendship to me."

Summary
Phasma issues to the FN unit refurbished datapads plundered from a demolished Resistance base, which have been refilled with First Order propaganda. Naturally, FN-2187’s datapad malfunctions and resets to its original settings. Before FN-2187 can properly panic over this, a message is sent to him by a Resistance fighter under the code name Black Leader. It’s one simple word: “Status?”
FN-2187 wakes up to the orders of committing coldblooded murder and falls asleep to the despair of the dead. He’s one step away from messing up and getting reconditioned. When Black Leader asks how he’s doing, even if the question isn’t intended for him, FN-2187 can’t help himself.
He replies, “Alive.”

Summary
Tim shouldn’t have gone out on patrol tonight, he should’ve slept off the floaty feeling that even his second cup of coffee couldn’t fix.
But instead he found himself drawn to the Batcave, drawn to the promise of being around people, of being around his brothers, of being near Bruce and Alfred.
He stood in his small kitchen, eyes half lidded, the freezer ajar. Tim loosely held an ice cube, willing the chill from it to ground him back into his body.//
Janet Drake chose her own happiness for most of her life, Tim just wished that he had been included in that choice.
//
And Tim understood. He was painfully aware of what they’d lost.
//
And more tears spilled down Bruce’s face as he apologized for the son who he could never stop loving. The one who came back wrong, but who could never be wrong so long as he was alive.
//
Tim let out more breaths, letting the cool night air and wind ground him. This was where he felt at home, where he felt like himself.
---
Tim goes on patrol, helps a civilian, runs into some Gotham goons and Red Hood. Dick struggles in his fight against lactose. And the Bats have a night in.

Summary
Maybe Tim should have stayed in Paris like he had promised Bruce.
Maybe he shouldn’t have followed Shiva when he knew that she could snap his neck in a heartbeat.
Maybe he should’ve hightailed it out of Nanda Parbat by the time he realized he was in the demon’s den, and its claws were sinking in.
Once a small boy in an empty bedroom shoved a knife to his throat, looking equal parts righteous and frightened, though, there was no chance Tim was running away. Not when he had too much to prove - and everything to protect.
