Heroes versus villains civil war exam, except it's all of the first years on either team and broadcasted internationally.
94 students choose to be on bakugo's team, while only 4 chose izuku's team. He's feeling mighty betrayed, especially by Todoroki.
But the villain team is brutal in this game. From strong attacks that wipe out half of the hero forces the moment they walk in, to video reenactments of izuku's childhood trauma viewed worldwide, everyone will know how villains are made and what happens when people are pushed too far.
Beautifully done story, very heartfelt. All members of the villain team and get their revenge, their story heard, and their confidence built. They win, they destroy everything and everyone. Unfortunately their relationship between izuku and Todoroki is irreparably broken, but a new partnership is forged with Nezu. He leans not to challenge Izuku if he can't handle it.

Humans are monsters - some of the best fighters in the galaxy and some of the strongest will powers of all known creatures. To most, they seem stupid. Dumb as hell. They can't even learn a language, can they?

Izuku is captured and put into an alien space fighting ring. He doesn't realize katsuki was also captured. After ripping a guard's dick off, he's used as a NOMU cage fighter, where he gets grievous injuries that don't really heal and gets badly infected. Eventually they are released onto an open ranch where he gets to know the other captives and learn the language. Keigo is there, and games are played with the other captive students. On that ranch izuku discoverers notebooks, human safe food trees, and a bottle of poison left by the previous humans who lived there. He also gets struck by green lightning and seemingly keeps some of that power in his body. Katsuki shows up and they both learn the language quite well and tend to each other after a big fight, relying on each other for comfort. In 34, Toga shows up mimicking a human, and The uncanny valley effect saves them.

Ghost Izuku but crack. Izu commits suicide by jumping and Kat definitely sees the aftermath, as he probably couldn't stop him from falling. He has flashbacks periodically.
Now back in his newly spiritual body, izuku is determined to be a friend and a rival. Izuku is wreaking havoc with his newfound ability to grab physical objects, like his pencils and Kat's body, and katsuki is the only one who can see and hear him.
Everyone thinks Katsuki is nuts, especially the teachers, for talking to himself and having random seizures (when Izuku shakes him half to death over a hero) and they don't know what to do with him.
Katsuki has decided that izu is the only one worth talking to, but kirishima is rewarded for playing along and realizing that another entity is occupying the space next to Bakugo (but only because izuku forced him to give the boy a chance). Tsu accepts the nonsense. The class collectively believes he's hallucinating because katsuki will argue and fight with Izuku right in front of them as though he's sitting right there. (He is) He also takes his advice in a bind and in class.
There are a few heartfelt moments when katsuki brings izuku to speak to his mother and Eraserhead and Present Mic reminisce over the missing Deku who used to call into the radio show. Surprisingly enough Aizawa is the first one to catch an accidental glimpse of Izu during the USJ.
Everyone thinks that Bakugo has confessed his love to shinsou because Izu likes him loll but he gets wrecked at the festival.
Bakugo takes izu's advice and offers todoroki sanctuary against his abusive father. Funnily enough, he's the first one to really see Izu info on interrupted when his classmates accidentally see the suicide note in Izu's old notebook.

Ther are shining pillars of society: pro heroes, who do what they can to help everybody everywhere! There are the everyday people, just trying to make it to their next paycheck. There are villains, truly evil people who hurt for fun and feel nothing about it.
And then there's those who fell through the cracks. Who turned to crime or vigilantism out of desperation. The young ones. The ones that can be saved. Who just need a little... attention.
UA Juvenile Attention Program was created to service those kids. The teachers in the JAP are uniqely qualified to give this attention to these children. Whether they've commited crimes, vigilantism, or cannot quite control their quirks, the JAP is here to help them become the best versions of themselves!
To bad it feels more like a prison sentence for the kids there. But, with an odder group than usual this year, things just might go differently. Especially with the rumors that famous informant The Eleventh Hour is among the kids this year.

Villain class 1a, though not entirely and mostly because they need special attention. A lot of these kids did wrong but a bunch of them were wronged. All of them are dangerous in various ways (murder, theft, hacking, fighting, etc). Slowly the crimes accused to the students are revealed as tensions rise.
Jirou in particular was accused and treated like a hero society traitor, tortured in place of izuku because of mistaken identity. The two of them are pretty much mute (like Koda) and now speak through notes or typing devices because of their trauma or torture.
Izuku dealt with hacking and information against the villains and corrupt heroes and politicians, exposing people and society's failures with good intentions for reform. He also worked with criminal rings for the good of society, either to catch them in the act or to set them up for failure. Some of his classmates are there in JAP because they ignored his advice, committed murder based on his information, or accidentally got each other caught in webs he was using to expose criminal organizations.
Izuku works to bring unity to the class even if he can't speak, even if he has to use his fists to do it. He's actually a very skilled fighter, a notorious hacker and exposé writer known as the Eleventh Hour.
The next big target is the Commission. Even though he doesn't want the fall of hero society, that's likely going to happen if they finally get taken down. Also the League. The heavy hitters and the high concerns in the class are on his side for this next battle.

The students, however, are completely unprepared for the chaos about to unfold. More than that, though, they are unprepared for the terrifying team up that is the Yaoyorozu-Midoriya Alliance. All they have to do, though, is survive, right?

The hero classes plus Hatsume and Shinsou are playing heroes and gang members, turf war style. Short alliances, betrayals, turn coats. Midoriya is the leader of the red ties and Yaoyorozu is the proxy leader. Uraraka is the last hero standing and they did all this destruction within 2.5 days.
