Summary
One day during the Iberian Campaign, Arthur Wellesley (later to be the Duke of Wellington) strays from his usual rounds around his army's camp and meets a stranger at a tavern between enemy lines. The meeting will change not only the outcome of the night but also the future of a defeated Emperor and the way Arthur and Napoleon see themselves and decide to live their lives thereafter.
This work will consist of snippets centred around Arthur Wellesley and Napoleon while they figure out their lives in this AU. There will be heavy themes of war, violence, family drama and political intrigue. Flashbacks will occur periodically. I am fully aware that this pairing can only occur in a carefully crafted AU.
This work was inspired by oneinspat's This Scene Called Tragic. I would highly recommend it.
Update: The second chapter is here with a lot of intense feelings and discussion of the drama our two protagonists carry with them. Merry Christmas everybody.

Hogwarts AU, crossover, starting at the end of Artemis Fowl: The Arctic Incident, will take place during the events of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
After the death of his father in the frozen plains of the Arctic, Artemis Fowl II goes in search of the magical world, believing it could hold the answers for the mysteries that all of a sudden seem to surround his family. Decided to claim his legacy, Hogwarts seems like the right place to start his hunt for truth. As he explores the wizarding world, seeking opportunities to profit, Artemis uncovers an intricate game hidden behind the already hidden magical community.
