Loki and Mobius spend time in Mobius's apartment room between missions, snuggling, flirting and being in deep denial of their feelings for each other.
Loki was shaking.
“Loki?” Mobius whispered again. “Loki! Wake up!” Loki opened his eyes, but they were scared and unseeing. “S-Stay back!” He hissed. “I-I-I’ll kill you!”
“Shh,” Mobius soothed him. “S’alright, Loki. You’re safe. You’re safe.” Loki jerked forward as though prepared to fight him. Mobius persisted, putting his hands on his shoulders. “It’s alright. Just me. Just the boring ol’ analyst here at the TVA.” Loki’s gaze cleared and he looked around wildly. “M-Mobius?” He whispered, still sounding terrified. “Mobius, I-I didn’t know it was you. If I had, I wouldn’t have-“
“Sh,” Mobius told him again. “I know, I know.” He cocked his head. “You were dreaming about your mother?”
Loki instantly grew defensive. “I wasn’t-I…” The defensiveness faded as he realized that he couldn’t hide his nightmares from Mobius. -

Summary
When Batman nearly dies facing a new foe who blames him for the death of his family, the Joker takes it upon himself to heal him and track down his Bat’s attacker. But as Batman slowly recovers he begins to realize that Joker’s long time love for him might be more than a mad obsession.

Nothing as been the same for Mobius M. Mobius since Loki sacrificed himself to save the multiverse. Now Mobius is left to wait until the end of time-however long that takes-for Loki to return. And his guilt and regret are overwhelming.
Mobius makes the decision to try to redeem a Loki from a timeline similar to the main timeline with very few changes-a Loki from the Battle of New York. A Loki very similar to his Loki.
He wants to see to it that one Loki in the timeline does get a happy ending.
It’s a purely professional mission. Repaying a debt.
But as soon as Mobius sees this Loki, things begin to go wrong. Mobius accidentally changes things for the worst, strengthening HYDRA, wounding Nick Fury, and above all else Mobius is falling head over heels for this Loki who is so similar to his Loki, yet so different at the same time.
And this Loki seems to be falling for him as well.
But is this Loki really in love with Mobius, really willing to change?

"This is what your rebellion costs," Arthur said. "Not just your blood. Theirs." He gestured to the field without looking away. "Every corpse out there followed your voice. And you led them here."
Alfred's breath hitched. "Better... to die free than live on your leash."
Arthur's mouth twisted into a half smile. "Still talking. Always talking."
He reached out, almost tenderly, and brushed a strand of soaked hair from Alfred's forehead. Alfred jerked away as if burned.
"You never learned when to stop," Arthur whispered. "Too many ideas. Too much noise. Too proud to bow, even when it would have saved you pain."
He stood, taking Alfred's musket and reversing it with practiced ease. The brass butt-plate caught the gray light.
"Maybe," he said, "in the dark and the quiet, you'll finally learn to keep your head down. And that mouth shut."
The butt came down hard against Alfred's temple.
