After three days with a mechno-arm that doesn't seem to work properly, Hux finds his temper near its breaking point and seeks out Kylo Ren to mend the problem--it's all his fault, after all. Hux catches Ren off guard, in the middle of some ridiculous mutilation ceremony, and demands Ren's undivided attention. He receives it, but perhaps more surprising is that Ren, unexpectedly, receives his.
A fill for this KHK prompt: The Knights of Ren are big on ceremonial body modification. Kylo has extensive tattoos and piercings under his heavy robes, which shocks Hux the first time he gets Kylo naked. A million bonus points for genital piercings, pretty please.

Summary
Kira isn't like other Hollows. For one thing, you can't see his hole. It's not a matter of clothing covering it up: Kira's hole, high up in his chest cavity and just off center, doesn't break the skin. You can’t see the hole but you can see evidence of it in his mask. His mask is flesh rather than bone and is perfectly human looking, bearing an almost exact resemblance to himself. If you didn't know him well or if you were too careless to give him more than a glance, you might not see the mask. But Renji sees it: it's there in the smile Kira wears but doesn't mean.
(Whether it's that he can't or that he won't, Kira is not getting over Gin's defection with Aizen. Renji and Shuuhei set out to do something about it; Shuuhei seems to understand well what's going on and what to do, while Renji has to figure it all out as they go along.)
