Summary
After Kageyama’s girlfriend broke up with him, he turns to his rival and best friend, Hinata for comfort. And luckily, said Hinata is coincidentally, on a trip to Rome to see his best friend. After getting drunk and spending the night together, Kageyama realizes why his previous relationships never worked out. He becomes aware of his feelings for Hinata, but being the awkward man he is, with his unique way with feelings, will he be able to tell Hinata how he really feels?
After long weeks of yearning, suppressed attraction and ignorance, will Hinata figure out Kageyama’s feelings for him, and will he reciprocate them?
Will the long distance hold them back?

Summary
If Hinata was ugly, or if he didn’t text Kageyama all the time, or if he was anyone else, then none of this would even be happening. Kageyama would’ve been able to squash whatever childish crush he’d developed, and he wouldn’t be sitting here spending hours thinking about someone who’s halfway across the world.
If Hinata would just stop posting those fucking thrist traps, then Kageyama’d be able to look at Hinata’s pictures without getting a boner, and maybe he’d be able to dream of something other than thick thighs and pouty lips.
Oh god, the thirst traps.
