    What if Liam's little Passing Out Randomly thing decided to make an appearance after Sherlock shot Milverton? Logically, Sherlock probably would have picked him up and ran before the fucking house burned down. Of course, this causes some issues, mainly William waking up with the full knowledge that Sherlock knows who he is and did it anyway.
    Or: William blatantly refuses to acknowledge his weaknesses while Sherlock holds him gently, and Sherlock has a crisis over what the fuck love is.
