Summary
Ace recently went to sea and became a pirate, quite famous and powerful, if you ask him... But he was kidnapped by a crazy old man and is not having much fun now. It's good that he has an older brother who will always come to the rescue, isn't it?
Wait.... Sabo?!...
or: Luffy is the older brother, Sabo is alive and Ace is so embarrassed because no one told him about it.

Summary
Noé was 85% sure that Vanitas was not a real doctor.
He might be a doctor specializing in vampires through use of the Book of Vanitas, but Noé couldn't see any way for Vanitas to be a regular, licensed doctor.
However dubious Vanitas's legal status as a doctor was though, as he saw more and more of him, Noé had to admit that Vanitas was a good one.
