Inevitably Tony and Ziva's "fairytale" was filled with the unplanned and the unexpected, though those were always the things that kept their strings tied to one another. They just hadn't been so prepared for a second knot. An earth shattering, life changing, how could this possibly be happening to them kind of knot. Some things were simply inevitable.
