Summary
After curing the dimension-displaced villains, Strange's spell returns all of those misplaced to their own universes, to their own time.
Or at least that's what's supposed to happen. The thing is, several of the dimensional interlopers are from the same universe – and curing long-dead former villains means the future that Peter-Three is from no longer exists for him to return to. The spell still works, of course; everyone simply returns to the initial point of divergence instead.
This complicates things.

“Hey, kid,” the AI responds immediately, and Peter’s chest cracks wide open at that. A sob rises in his throat, but he swallows it down.
“Hi,” he chokes out.
“So are we going to fight some criminals or sit in the cold all night?” Tony prompts, and Peter lets out a wet laugh.
“Yeah,” he answers, trying to keep it together. “Yeah. Where to?”
And just like that, they’re a team again.

Summary
In March 2016 an act known as The Sokovia Accords has been signed. Not only did it strenghten the penalties for conducting experiments related to enhancements, it also declared the need of monitoring any and every enhanced individual - a need whose terms were soon described in the form of amendments and gratified by signing a multimillion dollar deal with OsCorp.
If Tony Stark didn't know any better, he'd be just like the rest of society - glad that the government has finally done something with those uncivilized, blood-thirsty mutants. He wouldn't lose sleep over endless negotiations to make sure that the enhanced had the right to live - even when said enhanced did everything to prove him wrong - but there's something sketchy about that deal with OsCorp, and he's determined to get to the bottom of it.
At the same time, Peter Parker collapses on the floor in his and his guardians' small apartment in Queens. His trip to OsCorp was fun, but maybe he should have told someone about that spider?
