Summary
When Todoroki Shouto was born, Endeavor wasn't the only elated one. Unbeknownst to the family, the Hero Public Safety Commission had keen interest in the boy born with chimerism and seemingly two quirks. All they had to do was wait for the perfect opportunity to take a closer look at the boy after his quirk awakened.
The opportunity turned out to be the night that Todoroki Rei poured boiling water on her own son during a mental breakdown.

“Wait, wait,” Sero cut in, holding up a hand like a referee. “You mean to tell us that you, Shouto Todoroki—Number Two Hero, with a fanbase that could topple governments—have never kissed anyone? Not even a little peck?”
“No,” Shouto replied, completely unfazed. “I haven’t really had the time. Or interest. I like my hobbies. And my friends.”
Denki stared.
Around the table, jaws dropped. Aoyama clutched his pearls. Ochako made a squeaky noise. Even Shoji’s eye narrowed in disbelief.
Bakugo, ever graceful, barked a laugh so loud it made the table rattle. “You’ve never been laid? You’re a virgin?”
Shouto blinked. “I guess.”
Denki’s world tilted.
This man—this beautiful, terrifying, deeply weird man—was 25, sculpted like a Calvin Klein ad, sweet as a cinnamon bun, and had somehow made it through life untouched.
It was like finding out a god had never known sin.
He set his drink down slowly. “We have to fix this.”—
Shouto would do anything his friends ask, even going on dates.
