Summary
But Dennis had a secret.
He fought.
Not in a gym. Not in anything legal.
Underground. Cash fights. No names, no paperwork, no questions.
He had not gone looking for it at first. He had overheard someone talking in a bar, desperate and half drunk, saying it was easy money. Dennis had been desperate too.
He was not great, but he was not bad either. Good enough to get paid. Good enough to cover groceries, gas, and the little things Trinity’s house always seemed to need.
He knew it was wrong. He was training to save people, not hurt them. The hypocrisy sat heavy in his chest every time he wrapped his hands.
Sometimes, late at night, after a shift where Robby had smiled at him too softly or Abbot had looked at him for too long, Dennis would stand in a warehouse that smelled like sweat and rust, his hands taped and his jaw already tight, and wonder when exactly his life had split in two.
One under fluorescent lights, trying to become someone better.
One in the dark, doing what he had to in order to survive.
And he knew, with a certainty that made his stomach twist, that sooner or later those two lives were going to crash into each other.

Summary
"“Dennis! Dennis, baby, it's okay, stay with me. Stay with me, baby!” Robby pleaded, his body moving automatically to pull Dennis into his lap, Dennis whimpering all the while.
The door burst open and a familiar voice was heard, “Robby?! What the fuck is going on—” Jack shouted, having heard Robby scream for help, before coming to an abrupt stop, the sight before him resembling a nightmare, “—Jesus Christ.” He choked."
(Or)
Gloria finds out that Dennis & Robby & Jack are together a few months before Dennis becomes an intern rather that med student, she says that she won't tell anyone but that if the higher-ups ever found out that Dennis would be fired immediately. So she suggests to be extra careful until Dennis is no longer a med student. Robby starts panicking that they will accidentally ruin Dennis's career, so he tells Jack they need to break up with him. Jack disagrees but Robby gives him an ultimatum--me or him. They break up with Dennis. A month goes by and Dennis isn't doing good, but it all comes to a head when a patient gets violent.

Summary
"Holy shit!" Chim chokes, spitting coffee all over the shirt Buck just changed into.
"Aw c'mon man," Buck sighs, but Chim isn't looking at him. He's staring out the engine bay doors, his face slack with shock as he points weaking at something behind Buck.
"Eddie's kissing the hot nurse in the parking lot."
"What hot nurse??" Buck whips around.
He expects to find some petite woman with smooth brown hair and neat scrubs plastered to Eddie's front. What he finds instead is a very tall, very hot man cradling Eddie's face, titling it upwards into a kiss that looks gentle and earnest, his other hand splayed large and confident against Eddie's waist.
Or
Buck loses his goddamn mind after seeing Eddie and Ian kiss. Eddie has no idea what's going on. Until he does.

Summary
Dennis finds himself at a benefit dinner, wearing a busted suit, while the DJ is playing the worst remixes of early 2000's music. Everyone from his hospital is either shaking ass or drinking like it's their last night on earth, with the exception of his boss, Robby, who in a moment of sober spontaneity, asks his subordinate to dance with him. What follows is a tense night of will they/won't they while trying to maintain composure and professionalism in front of the entire medical community of Pittsburgh.
