    Mikey wasn't in Dimension X for only a few minutes or even a month. He was there for about a year - maybe more - captured and tortured by the Kraang until he found a way out. He hid and scavenged until his brothers finally came through the portal.

    Not that he's ever going to tell them that.

    Too bad a new mutant doesn't share that same opinion.

    Mikey is forced to relive his worst memory and his brothers learn he's been through hell and back.

    “Uh, ouch.”

    Mikey prodded at his tender skin, wincing as the remnants of the burning feeling stung against his arm. He didn’t even know their shower could get that hot. But that wasn’t the issue right now- he’d turned the heat on to the point of burning himself, but the freezing feeling, right down to his core, hadn’t gone away even the slightest.

    God, if this had something to do with the powder that ugly foot dude dropped all over him yesterday, Donnie was going to kill him.

    Mikey is hit by cuddle pollen, and he and his brothers try to deal with it. (And maybe heal some family wounds along the way.)

    Michelangelo, is Doing Just Fine. He means it. His brothers' teasing doesn't feel like scalding water against his skin, thank you very much. He Doesn't feel hurt when they brush him off as childish, when they refuse to listen. And he Absolutely Does Not need any help because he doesn't have any problems. He doesn't feel bad. He doesn't really feel anything at all. Mikey can't exactly say there's anything wrong, but how can he ignore his inner world falling to pieces and his mental health declining? Well, apparently the kid on the computer can relate to that.
