Summary
Like most other isekai out there, she woke up not where she went to sleep. The world was unfortunately familiar, that being one of the deadly HunterXHunter. With no other way to figure out how to get home without a certain license to look for any possible leads, she decided to take the Hunter Exam. She knows she wouldn't make it past the first phase normally, but Emily hoped that anime protagonist bullshit would work in her favour.
With nonsense, crazy ideas, and friends abound, Emily is able to hide her fear of dying in the exam away and focus on what was really important: finding a way home.

Summary
It was two months into freshman year when I knew Peter Parker had to go. I had my life planned out, but he being always one point ahead of me in the classes that mattered disrupted those plans. I needed to be head engineer at Stark Industries by the time I was 30, but I couldn't do that when opportunities like that internship got snatched up by him. And so he became a sort of academic rival.
Now it's sophomore year, and I keep getting myself into situations where the local hero has to save me. And each time he does, he takes more of my heart with him.
What could possibly go wrong when these two sides of my life tumble and crash into one another?

It's a tale as old as time –or at least, as old as fandoms. A real-world protagonist sucked into a reality not their own, where they indulge in the gleeful fangasm of co-habituating with said characters. Sadly for one Aryana Thompson, not only is her (accidental) case of isekaitis seemingly irreversible, but there are hints of other, much less friendly, travelers to this world…
