In her last year of university, Cipher makes it her goal to get her adorable baby brother a boyfriend.
Mydeimos would like to remind the audience that he is not Cipher's baby brother and he wants no part in her scheming.

Cipher finds a small little love letter on the school’s floor after clean-up. “To Phainon,” it says. It must be from one of his admirers.
She’s never been the type of person to care about these kinds of stuff, but the letter is decorated cutely with a lot of stickers. The handwriting is nice too. So like the diligent person she is, she decides that it would be best to get this lost letter to Phainon somehow. What would be the best way to get it to him, you ask?
By asking one of his closest friends, Castorice, to deliver it to him.
OR: Cipher gets Castorice to deliver a love letter to Phainon. And Castorice misunderstands the situation gravely. And more people come in to misunderstand the misunderstanding.
