Summary
A decade after Alec ran away from home to join the Air Force, he returns to civilian life with some new scars, not all of them physical, and is recruited by a bioengineering company called Circle Technologies as part of the security team for their new island theme park featuring genetically-engineered prehistoric creatures.
As opening day draws nearer, Alec assumes his biggest problem will be finding a quiet spot away from the tourists. Instead, his sister turns up out of the blue with her overly flirtatious colleague, a big storm is rolling in, and the park’s highly volatile star attraction has just gotten loose.
