Summary
Wei Wuxian has been looking forward to the clan's Unity Ceremony so he could pick a mate and start his own family. But as he participates and finds the Omega scent that he's drawn to, he finds that not everything is as wonderful as he had hoped it to be and that Lan Wangji has suffered in the hands of those who should have protected him most.
Lan Wangji has been told since he presented as an Omega that it was his duty to marry and have a family, but all he wants is his freedom..to cultivate and grow stronger so he can break away from his Clan to have a chance at the life he wants. When he meets the Alpha that chose his scent, Wei Wuxian is not the same man that he remembered from their youth. He continues to surprise him the more time they spend together.
Can the two of them figure out a way to make their arranged marriage work or will the trauma of their past keep them from finding their happiness?

Summary
Lán Wàngjī never met someone this airheaded. It is so infuriating to deal with a shithead along with these stupid 3000 rules. Ruefully he focused on the rest of the rules recited by Lán-xiansheng.
‘ Why in the heavens do they even have these many rules? As per them he was breathing the wrong way his entire life!’ He thought as his gaze unconsciously wandered towards the silver eyed boy.
He startled as his molten gold met the moonlight gray.
Or
A fic where Lán Wàngjī is struggling as much as Wèi Wúxiàn and both still ends up getting punished in the library. ( Su She may or may not be third wheeling them)
