Summary
Miami is being plagued in 2006. Not by the drug gangs of the inner city as per usual, but by a single man. The press calls him the Scalp Hunter and the reason is obvious. The cops are at a loss for what to do, so as a last ditch effort to keep the case from going to the FBI, Laguerta sends James Doakes and Dexter Morgan to interview the now-captured ‘Miami Ripper’ who terrorised the city and the surrounding area for nigh on a decade.
Set a few months before season one.

Summary
The Undead Riser Reformation Act of 1913 is the only reason Holden Ford is able to walk through the front doors of Quantico. The act, voted into existence with a liberal greasing of pockets by some particularly wealthy vampires, has been amended more than any other act. It now allows risers the right to work for a living, the right to have access to a fair amount of blood each month and the right to be free of persecution regardless of their living status.
