But the rushed summoning causes Subaru to be summoned two years before the main story takes place. On top of that, his od collides with Satella's causing some physical changes to our favorite shut-in. Now a half-elf/human chimera, Subaru has a heart to heart with a voice and determines to become a new version of himself, Janus. Follow his journey in his new world and with a different set of abilities!

    Subaru was not a normal child by any stretch of the imagination.

    He may have been an energic bundle of joy and energy but he was always afraid of things that went bump in the night. He heard and saw things no one else saw, his dad had once told him that the best way to get rid of the things he saw was to make a room. A big room full of revolving doors.

    Behind those doors he'd lock up all those evil voices and things he saw. He'd lock up all the dead things he saw. So Subaru did that, all the things he saw, dead things, voices, those shadows that moved around his room. He locked them all up behind those doors.

    So one day while on his way home from his last day of school before Christmas break Subaru briefly stopped on the side walk. He closed his eyes and when he opened them he was no longer in Tokyo. Now in the Icy kingdom of Gusteko where corruption and death runs rampant Subaru tries to navigate his way through a dying icy kingdom to safety.

    Unfortunately the Witch cult has a few things to say about that.

     

    Or: Subaru is born with powers on earth instead of obtaining return by death and a younger Subaru is dropped into Gusteko

    His delusions were running high, he was running through the streets, and while he was getting mugged he even met the girl of his dreams! (half elves rule!) Then he tried to help her get something she’d lost back, all the while with a strange black band clamped on his wrist. However, when he met his first end that black band glowed brightly and when he came to once more…

    “WHY THE HELL DID I BECOME A MAGICAL GIRL!?”
