So, when he found himself dangling by the collar at the hands of Japan’s Number One Idiot during what should have been a routine meeting, he couldn’t help but laugh.

But nothing could have prepared him for his next mission. A pro-hero? UA student? Him? And that bandaged freak was going to? What has the world come to?
