He breathes in, breathes out. She imagines him closing his eyes again.
“I can.”
With a pout he can't see, she nudges his leg and lets out a grumpy hum. His only response is to throw an arm around her and try to bring her even closer.
“Shh…” he tries. “Sleepy time.”
“Not sleepy,” she insists, though she enjoys being enveloped in his warmth. She manages to get her hand out, bringing it back to his hair to play with it again — not as lightly, just as gently.
He doesn’t say anything, but he doesn’t stop her either, and even more awake, even more jittery, mischievously, she says, “Sex would make me sleepy.”

Summary
With Gabriel Agreste behind bars, Emilie Agreste in a coma, and Ladybug and Chat Noir’s identities revealed to the world, the two heroes found bitter satisfaction in their victory. Left dealing with too much at once, both focus too hard on pleasing everyone else to take care of themselves as well. Coming to the conclusion that, if they want to be able to help anyone else, they need to help themselves first, Marinette decides it is time for a much-needed break. So she suggests going as far from Paris as possible. And despite his reluctance, Adrien agrees.
Heading towards Provence without any real preparations for the trip, they will discover old towns and quaint villages, explore fields of lavender, and finally talk about their feelings. What awaits them is the comfort of one another, a lot of shenanigans and fun, and more than one hotel room with a single bed for them to share.

When the chorus started, she took her toothbrush out of her mouth and held it like a microphone even though she only mouthed the lyrics. And twirled.
It wasn't her fault, really. Her neighbour's enthusiasm was just too contagious. And it also wasn't her fault that the walls were thin and she could hear his concerts every night as he showered.

Both Marinette and Adrien are picked to be extras in a movie. Staying at the same table, they're supposed to talk and the two strangers start feeling more and more comfortable with each other. Then they start flirting and everything goes downhill from there... depending on the perspective.
Update 7/7/2021: This work has been rewritten (and continued) as Extra Luck for the Believers, a more complete and satisfying version of this story. I recommend going straight to that one!

“But you literally saw her,” Marinette said, incredulous. “You have all the data you could need to know what to look for.”
He groaned.
“We covered that, I’m stupid, now let’s get over it. So? Will you help me find Ladybug?”

Summary
The final battle goes horribly wrong for the five heroes of Paris when Ladybug gets hit by an akuma and is sent to another reality. For everything to be even better, the akuma gets destroyed and any chance of bringing the beloved heroine back seems lost. Add some reveals, quite a tragic story, a redemption arc and a journey through multiple realities and you get six people fighting to get back the ones they love, trying to understand themselves and to bring everything back to normal.
It really sounds easier than it actually is... -
