N stood at the top of the stairs, preparing to enter. He took deep breaths as he fidgeted with the cube he wore on his belt, before a crack of thunder jolted him out of his thoughts. There was no point waiting around, he was stuck here until the storm calmed down, so he might as well get it over with. Sparing one last glance around the cave, there was always that fear that the Shadow Triad was watching him, before making his descent down into the ruins of Team Plasma's castle.
He had never expected to end up back here, but he didn't have any better options. Besides, if he survived living here as a child while Team Plasma was operational he could survive one night where the only living creatures he was likely to encounter were any Pokémon that had taken up residence. Though, given the castle was entirely quiet save for his footsteps echoing through the halls, it seemed the place was truly abandoned by everyone, Pokémon and human.

A sudden storm takes N off guard while he is travelling across Unova, and he is forced to seek shelter in the ruins of Team Plasma's castle. Unfortunately, returning to his old room dredges up some memories he would have rather left behind.
