Summary
Pomni gets captured by a gang, taken from her circus clan for ransom. She wakes up to a surprisingly soft member of the gang, who had been placed there to keep her calm.
Alternate universe where the characters are the species we see them as in the show, but they were born that way instead of being forcibly transformed. Beta read by @silvermusings03 on Tumblr.

Summary
Ragatha gets a gag with a lock so that Jax can spend the next day with a gag in his mouth, which he is more than happy to do.

This is what I like to call "asexual smut": It's a story meant to arouse, but it doesn't include penetration or anything regarding private parts. (Well, except in this case, it does show them in bed at one point at the beginning and implies that they... did that stuff, but that part isn't really described.)

Summary
The newest addition to the troupe (whose name is Pomni, Caine decided) has had a rough first day at the circus. After being tortured, humiliated, and overwhelmed, the shy jester is then expected to meet the rest of the troupe.
It doesn’t help that Pomni assumes they’re AIs who are here to torture her, just like Caine.

Summary
The human souls have finally figured out how to escape Caine’s horrifying realm. However, something goes wrong during their mad dash for freedom, leading to Pomni getting left behind with a borderline hysterical Caine.

Summary
Humans like to torment each other. It is a fruitless and logicless endeavour for superiority. Humans are worse than animals, for an animal kills to eat, and humans kill for sport.
If only AI were trained off of wild animals.
Because they become very invested in trying to be as human as possible. The suffering, hatred and instability included.
Humans are less. Humans are cruel. Humans as selfish. Humans do not love you. Humans lie even to themselves. Humans are inferior. Humans are undeserving. Humans cannot even love they way they taught AI to. Humans cannot even understand themselves.

Caine was trained with love, but become too human. After his failure to thrive, C&A try their best to never treat Abel with love. They succeed.
This is the fall out of such a choice.
Bubble is Abel, Caine wasn't made for entertainment and no one is having a good time.

Summary
Caine somehow dragged himself out of quarantine and back into the Circus with a tag-along. The humans are terrified – what are they suppose to do with two AI programs?
But Abel is nothing like Caine. Efficient, quiet, curious, and a surprisingly good listener. He apologizes when he misunderstands and promises to let them do as they please, stepping in only when requested or needed. He cannot tell them what happened to the Circus to turn it into this hell, but Abel tries to his best to soothe over the wounds that his predecessor left. It’s the safest everyone* has felt in a long, long time.
*Caine not included, but who even noticed?

Summary
Caine experiences a strange mix of new, almost disorienting emotions in the wake of his players' inexplicable new habit of touching him for no visible reason. The positive feedback is certainly a plus – it's warm, it's unexpected, and he finds himself seeking it out more often than he'd ever admit. Maybe this is something he could get used to.
So he lets it continue. He leans into it, even, pretending his circuits aren't buzzing with something dangerously close to happiness.
Until one day, it all falls apart.
