Casey blinked, eyes wide. “Sen- Leo. Are you alright?”
When Leo simply curled up tighter, breathing the only sound in the silence, Casey seemed to re-evaluate. “Alright. Uh, I’m going to list how I can help, just nod if you’d like one of them?” He sounded more like he was asking a question than making a statement, but Leo nodded anyway. He was still a little wary but in the past few weeks Casey had almost become another extension of his family, so he was willing to let him stay.
Plus, Leo wouldn’t admit it aloud but often when he felt the way he did now, just having someone there helped. A lot.Basically, Leo is Autistic and has to deal with getting overstimulated sometimes - only this time, someone notices.
