Sitting on a very well-loved couch with four other adults wasn’t exactly ideal, especially when said adults had made it their goal to be as close as physically possible. The couch felt so much smaller, now, too. It used to be the perfect size for five barely-teenagers to curl up together and bask in each other’s warmth. A decade ago, Dick might’ve even complained that it was too big, but now, as Dick batted Wally’s hand away from his face, he thought otherwise."
