Summary
There’s no questioning it, no denying it, and as much as Anakin resents it now, resisting it would be as futile as trying to steal the stars from sky: during combat, they protect each other. So Anakin relaxes as he walks with Obi-Wan, lets the tension bleed from his muscles just a little, because his best friend is the only person in the Galaxy who he trusts to protect him during war, and the aftermath of a battle like this is a war in its own right.
The first mission after Ahsoka leaves is a disaster. Anakin and Obi-Wan take care of each other in the aftermath.

The artifact glowed in Kenobi’s hands, consuming his entire body in a brilliant crystal blue. Dooku watched—half horrified, half entranced—as the box split open, the brush of the unifying force breathing in sync with the living. "A single touch from a single soul creates an unimaginable shift in the force," the descriptions of the artifact had uttered. The words couldn’t even begin to describe the shift in the air, the impenetrable tick of gears turning. And then, almost as soon as it began, the swirling blue light tucked itself back into the artifact with a soft hiss, leaving behind a man who was nothing like the general Dooku knew.
Standing in front of him was a young Jedi Knight who looked very much afraid.
“Grandmaster?” Obi-Wan whispered.
Or in other words: During the late Clone Wars, Obi-Wan accidentally touches an ancient Jedi artifact, which transports his grieving Post-Naboo self into the future to take his place. Somehow this saves the galaxy.

The young marine is tall. Maybe an inch or so taller than himself, although it’s hard to tell when Zoro’s tied just low enough for his ankles to drag in the dirt. Lanky build, painstakingly pressed uniform topped with that stupid billed cap. Neatly combed blond hair covering the left side of his face. The eyebrow Zoro can see curls like a nautilus shell at the outer edge.
“Afternoon," he says blandly. “I’m here to take your order.” Zoro only just refrains from scoffing.
“For what?” he asks.
“Your last meal.”
