His soulmark is large, but Gladio supposes that’s mostly to do with the fact he’s large. His mother and father’s soulmarks were identical in form but Dad’s dwarfed hers by a huge margin.
It covers the meat of his thigh, a scattering of loose orange and purple petals drifting up to his hip where they might just be visible over the band of his underwear.
Gladio gazes at the two plants twined together on his flesh. The Gladioli are obvious, an easy representation of himself. It takes him a second to place the other flowers, tiny purple petals on long stems with wide flat leaves.

When Gladio realises what they are, who they represent, his heart sinks right into his stomach and shatters.Alternatively: When Gladio learns who his soulmate is he should be happy, he’s already in love with them. The problem is that Ignis doesn’t love him back.

Summary
Leaning against the elevator’s wall, he glances at the key to the hotel room that’s burning a hole in the pocket of his coat. The number “520” is written on the tag, and Joon-gi realizes it’s not the first time this has happened. It’s not the second nor the third time either. In fact, it’s about the twentieth time or so, and he can’t remember when it was that it first happened.
Fact of the matter is, Zhao seems to really like that number for some reason.
Is he doing it on purpose? Does it have some sort of hidden meaning that Joon-gi doesn’t know of? Or maybe it doesn’t have any meaning at all and Zhao is just doing this to mess with him and get under his skin? Because, if it’s that second option, it’s truly working.
