Summary
Luz takes a deep breath and continues to search for a pen. “Hi,” she says, voice muffled by the car interior, “Sorry, I wasn’t driving away, I was just getting paper so I could write you a note! See?”
Luz backs out of the car, brandishing her pen and paper, and then turns to the stranger.
“I didn’t do any damage, but I was still gonna write something because-” She stops mid-sentence, because it’s then that she gets a good look at the other woman, and all the words in her mouth turn to mush.

Luz bumps into an angry but beautiful stranger's car.Good thing they'll never see each other again.

Summary
When Luz was fourteen, she promised herself that the only time she would write love letters was when she found someone worth writing for.
At some point, she wrote hundreds. Until she just stopped. Now she had a bunch of those unsent letters hidden under the foot of her bed- in a dusty shoe box with a faded logo of Adidas.
It wasn't until she met Amity Blight when her desire to write again came alive.

If someone had told Amity a while ago that a person could get over emotional over nothing; she wouldn’t have believed them.
However now,
She stared at the woman sitting across from her. Crying and bawling her eyes out. Out of absolute nowhere when a few minutes ago, Amity was sure they’d been getting along.The Blight had noticed the brunette sitting alone at the back of the room at the beginning of the statue making masterclass and thought that it was probably a good idea to befriend her.
But now? Said brunette was sniffling and wiping her eyes. Paintbrush with the faint of yellow on its tip clutched tightly, wavering slightly as the woman’s hands got shaky.
Was it something she said? Did she do something wrong? Looks like Amity really needed to get her social life checked.
The statue in between them both laid forgotten.
" ‘m sorry," the Latina sniffed out. "It’s just the colour." Amity raised an eyebrow at that comment.
The woman in front of her smiled weakly; "Yellow makes me cry."
‘Okay,’ Amity thought to herself. ‘Something is definitely going on with her.’
