Summary
He can see it now: Their team toppled over, exhausted, hope lost. Bloodied, battered and bruised… sobbing at the acceptance of death before them. And then the wizard turns around. He imparts them a quiet melancholy smile. His eyes flicker to Astarion's and the vampire sees it: the decision made without his input. Gale mouths an, “I love you,” before snapping his fingers. Astarion and the rest are teleported to safety and in the distance they see an explosion.
Astarion shakes his head, “No! Stop!” His hand frees from under his lover as he rubs both his hands across his face. Gale awakens suddenly, eyes wide and in a split second he's up running his hands through his curls, soothing the rogue.
“My love! Are you alright? What ever is the matter?!”
Astarion swats his hands away. “You! You fool! And you would do it, too!”

"And that is…". Lucanis asked, eying Rook warily.
"It's a…not common, but not rare, form of blood magic. If the rumors about it are true, it's used by Altus families, if not exclusively, to ensure consummation of a marriage.”
Rook is under the effects of blood magic and is slowly losing control. Enter Neve Gallus.

Summary
"I simply wanted to know about the rumors surrounding Miss Baenre," Gale demures. That is an understatement, and he suspects Astarion can tell — Gale wants to know everything about Minthara.
Astarion grins, his smile sharp, two long canines pointing over pale pink lips. "Oh, my dear Archmage Dekarios, she will eat you alive."

Blade and Dagger, adventuring through the frontiers, writing the next chapter of their story together. But it has a couple of twists that even Volo couldn't pen if he tried...something to do with long-lost parents and dhampirs.
Or, the story in which Astarion both finds his mum and finds a surprise within.

"Of course not," Adhara laughs. "For me it was mince pies. Used to love a good mince, and then all of a sudden I couldn't bear to be in the same house as one. No, but I had a lot of the common symptoms when I learned I was expecting you—and it's quite normal for us elves to sleep heavily while we're pregnant."
"What did you just say?" Astarion croaks, his face sheet-white.
