Summary
When dragon Luffy is cursed into a human body, he and his human brothers desperately want to change him back. But, once they are rescued by the Whitebeards, Luffy, a prideful, uneasy, and human-hating dragon trapped in a child's body, has a lot of trouble around the prejudiced human pirates who SAY they want to fix him. Summary
Dying was not a pleasant experience, but at least in your case, it had been quick.
Getting to be reincarnated in your favourite piece of fiction, however, was a pretty amazing surprise. Doubly so when you were reborn in a peaceful but incredible kingdom, as the only child of a loving family, and in time to interact with the plot and hopefully meet all your favourite characters.
Really, everything was going well in your new life. A bit too well, perhaps.
You should probably have guessed it was not going to last.

“Wild, no.” Twilight whispered, gripping his shoulder, but Wild merely smiled.
“You don’t trust me.” he stated, smile unwavering. Twilight bit his lip, glancing between Wild and the enemy camp. There were half a dozen armed and dangerous Bokolins just waiting for them to come within range, but Wild’s grin made it seem as if the idea of being riddled with arrows excited him.
“I don’t know what you’re planning, but it can’t be good.” Twilight said instead, earning him a huff of laughter.
“You’re no fun, Twi.” Wild simply said, only confusing the other more.
“That is a camp full of bloodthirsty Bokoblins, Wild! There is nothing ‘fun’ about it!”---

Summary
Zoro, being the most patient of the non-Devil Fruit users, typically wrangles Luffy for baths, or showers if they're in a rush.
As the others talk and laugh, Zoro and Luffy sit off to the side. Zoro carefully scoops handfuls of the warm water over Luffy's hair to rinse the suds out.
"Mmmm, Zoro's okay with helping me?" Luffy suddenly mumbles, head lolling.
Zoro pauses, and gently readjusts his position so that his captain can rest his head against his shoulder. "Yes," he says. "You're my captain. I'll always help you."
They sit in silence for a moment.
"Why?" Zoro asks.
A weak shrug nearly sends Luffy sliding off the bench before Zoro scoops an arm around his waist to pull him back. "I dunno," hums Luffy, but there's tension in his shoulders as he rubs at his chest.

Summary
Gotham is definitely not the usual place people decide to go for a Vacation. Danny's not really planning on staying long, but after a while being on the road every day kinda gets old. The city has a large population, ectoplasm, and enough bullshit going on the GIW probably won't think to start up a branch for a while at least.
It's not like he can go home, anyway.
So he's just gonna lay low, get his feet underneath him, and then figure out what to do from there.
Grundy however didn't wait for him to explain any of that. Undead kid needs to lay low? Well, Grundy's got the perfect place for that! Can't get much lower than the sewers in Gotham, right?
